Corwin could not help but look at the secret poster, revealing it to be a rather risque representation of this popular folk-hero. Clearly Corwin’s new companion is a fan. You turn to Corwin, asking him if he has found the map. Kudos to Hawk for being a good sport in getting one of the weirdest pieces of fanart ever, I think. Explain to Corwin that you found an adventurer who had passed and want to lay him to rest, but need to get this sword out of the poor guy first. EQUIP CORPSE, GIVE CORWIN SWORD Ask for help in retrieving sword from the corpse, and claim plausible deniability. You confront three different scenarios in your head, but you realize that none of them are likely to work. Indeed, if you were to reveal to your new party-member that you are carrying a couple dead bodies… well… you realize he may not be your party member for long. You also still have your inventory to access at any time. It will buzz periodically, when you have a useful item. It is almost as if your loot-bag has gained sentience. Spooky. Lastly, there is the party management icon, signified by the little blue humanoid symbol. You can manage your party through that interface. Chances are you’ll end up dragging more people into your adventure, because that’s just sort of how these things tend to go. It seems you’ve picked up some stuff over the duration of this level, but you can’t seem to accept your changes until you have a weapon. Mach Throw, a new technique, requires it.
